This Privacy Policy explains how 3Cpay Ledger handles information when you use the mobile application and this support website.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information or ledger data. The app does not require an account, registration, sign-in, or a cloud profile.

Transaction amounts, income and expense categories, dates, notes, and budget settings are entered by you and stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. This information is not transmitted to us.

3. How Information Is Used

Locally stored information is used only on your device to provide ledger totals, transaction history, budget progress, and category statistics.

4. Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, disclose, or share your personal information or ledger data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

5. Third-Party SDKs and Components

The current version uses Vue 3, Element Plus, and Element Plus Icons to provide the application interface. The app does not use advertising, analytics, cloud-sync, payment, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. The interface components do not receive your ledger data from us.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your records remain within the app storage area on your device. Access to that storage is controlled by your device, operating system, screen lock, backup settings, and other security controls. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode and keeping its operating system updated.

7. Retention, Deletion, and Uninstalling

Ledger data remains on your device until you delete individual records, clear the app's local data, or uninstall the app. Because we do not keep a server copy, we cannot recover deleted records.

Operating-system backups or app-offloading features may retain app data according to settings controlled by you and your platform provider.

8. Children's Privacy

3Cpay Ledger is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

9. International Use

Because ledger data is processed locally on your device and is not sent to us, we do not transfer your ledger data between countries.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the app's features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
