You may use the app for personal or internal bookkeeping in compliance with applicable law. You must not misuse the app or use it for unlawful activity.
3. Local Data and Backups
Your ledger is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for device security and any backups you require. We cannot recover deleted or lost records.
4. No Financial Advice
3Cpay Ledger is a record-keeping utility. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.
5. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual Property
The 3Cpay Ledger name, interface, original content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain subject to their licenses.
7. App Store License
When downloaded through Apple's App Store, your license is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a valid custom agreement is provided.
